May: Getting in a groove

This month went by swimmingly.  I am getting to be fabulous at making meals that are free of hurtful foods.

Curry Chicken with peas and jasmine rice
Spaghetti and salad
Vegetable Pasta salad
Split pizza cheese and pesto tomato  (I rolled out the crust instead of hand pressing it, and it was AMAZING, thin, crispy perfection!)
Falafel and Arabic bread
Cilantro Lime Chicken Taco Salad
Split Pizza (again...yum!) with fruit
Hummus & Spinich sandwiches, chips, fruit & a treat (a wonderful picnic lunch)
Curry chicken over rice

I didn't try anything new this month, just a few old standbys.  Does anybody have any delish dinner ideas?
