Exciting News!

Today has been crazy!  We were going to take some pictures for this post, but events happened so that prevented it.  Instead we ended up back home, curled up on the couch playing Uno and Sorry with my brother.  Not too shabby of a Saturday in the end.

But here is the big news...I'm pregnant!

13 weeks along actually.  We've known since the end of January, which as been killer keeping it a secret this long.  We thought it best to wait a bit before sharing just to be safe...more about that tomorrow.

However, our awesome announcement picture/belly shot will have to wait a few days.  Reason being, on our way to Bonny Lake today we wrecked our car.  Both of us are all safe, and the impact wasn't too jolting, so our little one is safe as well.  It was dumping rain and hail, and the roads were slick.  We ended up spinning a 360 into the other lane on Highway 508 and clipped an oncoming car.  We ended up in the ditch, but with only a bumper popped out.  Yikes! I was shaken up a bit, but Brad was as calm as ever.  Neither vehicle had hurt passengers, which was a huge blessing!  The crazy part was around 400ft away two trucks did the same thing, and it ended up being a 6 car (our collision included) crash scene.  No one was hurt out of all the cars!!  After an hour out in the rain and hail, the tow truck came and we gave our story, info and could finally leave.  Mercy, what a day!  Hence, the no pretty pictures...but we looked really great for the two Sheriffs who were taking everyone's information. ;)
