Everyday when I drive to work, I cross this bridge. It has been so gorgeous recently, with the new colors of fall. But every day I either forget my camera or don't feel like stopping. The other day, I finally stopped on the way home because if another week went by the colors would be gone.
So I pulled off the road by the boat dock, but the lot was just being locked by the park ranger. Luckily she said I could just park in front of the gate and walk over.
Fall, I love you. Keep winter at bay just a bit longer because I am still loving the peeks of sun and yellow leaves.

The leaves were crunchy.
The trees were on fire, and the water was reflecting them beautifully.
